Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of ProdSocial at prodsocial.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
The Service
ProdSocial uses AI to learn your brand, plan and write social media posts, create images and voice clips, run AI influencer personas, and publish approved posts to the social accounts you connect. Features vary by plan and may change over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address current.
Connected social accounts
You may only connect accounts and Pages you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize ProdSocial to publish content to them on your behalf, at the times you schedule, once a post is approved (or immediately if you turn approval off). You remain responsible for complying with the terms of each platform, including those of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X and TikTok. Platforms may limit, change or revoke access at any time, and we are not responsible for their actions or outages.
Your content and AI output
You own the content you provide and, as between you and us, the posts, images and other output the Service creates for you. You give us a limited license to host, process and transmit that content only to run the Service for you.
AI output can be wrong, unoriginal or similar to content created for others. Review everything before it is published. You are responsible for what is posted from your accounts, including making sure it is accurate, lawful and properly disclosed.
AI influencers and disclosure
- AI influencers must be presented as AI. Don't remove or hide the AI labels the Service adds, or claim an AI influencer is a real person.
- Sponsored or promotional posts must be disclosed as required by law and platform rules (for example #ad). The Service adds these tags by default; keep them.
- Only upload a real person's photo or likeness if you have their consent and the rights to use it. Don't create content that impersonates or resembles a real person without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post spam, misleading or deceptive content, fake reviews or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that targets or exploits minors.
- Break the rules of any social platform or get around its limits.
- Interfere with, probe, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around plan limits or security controls.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
Plans, trials and payment
Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. New workspaces get a 14-day trial; when it ends the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans and add-ons renew each billing period until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You can delete your data at any time; see Data Deletion. If you add other people’s personal information to the Service, you are responsible for having the right to do so.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after termination.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that posts will publish at an exact time, or that AI output will achieve any result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ProdSocial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify ProdSocial against claims arising from your content, the accounts you connect, or your breach of these terms or of any law or platform rule.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
